After 27 years as a Business Editor, she decided to leave her writing career and bought over Spa Jelita. The company has since flourished and known to be the only Arabian spa in Singapore.

He is responsible for the overall Transactional Services in key verticals primarily in Public Transport, Retail and Motoring (Car Parking and Electronic Toll Payments) through EZ-Link’s multi-purpose store valued smart card.
As a connectivity to millions of EZ-Link customers; he oversees the EZ-Link Loyalty Rewards platform in connecting with our consumers.
He also manages the portfolio for Prepaid Mastercard for EZ-Link as a Prepaid Card Issuer since 2008; covering both consumers and corporate verticals.
In most recent years; Kelvin together with key stakeholders of EZ-Link have launched EZ-Link Mobile Application for management of CEPAS cards, contactless top up, rewards and value-added services such as EZ-Reload and EZ-PAY; Singapore’s first free card-less post-paid program for electronic toll payment service.

Geraldine led her team to successfully launch the EZ-Link Wallet as part of the company’s ongoing digital transformation strategy in March 2020. The flagship feature on the EZ-Link app is intended to encourage the adoption of digital payments for the wider Singapore community, covering a large segment from cradle to silver, to make everyday transactions seamless. There are more than 10,000 acceptance points across hawkers, coffee-shops, F&B and other merchants’ which are accepting EZ- Link Wallet via the Singapore Quick Response Code (SGQR) today.

Being a pioneer driver for EZ-Link’s digital transformation journey, Geraldine has been deeply involved in re-inventing EZ-Link’s value-added services jointly with her fellow colleagues to enhance users’ experience and strengthen future business growth capabilities, such as earning of rewards and driving users’ adoption for Auto Top-up.
